Log Data
Intro
Log data generated by a conversational AI application is available in the Log Data section of Teneo Studio; here it is possible to access, explore, analyze and manipulate the data. This page provides a short introduction to the Log Data section (without a solution open) while more details are available in the Optimizations section of the reference documentation.
Log Data Sources
In Teneo Studio, before opening a solution, it is possible to see all the available Log Data Sources in the server by clicking the Log Data tab.
For each Log Data Source, Teneo Studio informs of:
- the number of sessions in the Log Data Source
- the number of sessions in the Log Archive
- the amount of weeks covered by the sessions
- the status of the Log Data Source (LDS) which indicates whether the LDS has been uploaded correctly in Teneo Studio.
Hovering over the different weeks in the graphs provide more details about the sessions and the period represented by each week.
