Concept: Flow
A Flow is a graphical representation of a dialogue between an end-user and the Conversational AI application; it contains the logic to answer the end-user's question about a given piece of knowledge. A Flow usually consists of at least one User Intent Trigger and one Bot Output representing the Users Intent (question) and the Bot Output (answer); it can though contain several different User Intent Triggers and Flow nodes connected by Transitions to cater for variations in the questions coming from the end-users and to provide as specific answers as desired.
