About the Learning Journey

Objectives

In this learning journey, you will go on a high-level trip through the Teneo platform while experiencing a full development cycle.

At the end of this journey, you will:

• Know the components of the Teneo platform.
• Have a basic understanding of how Teneo processes the user input and finds an output for the user.
• Be introduced to the basic conversational skills that are required for a smart conversation between a bot and a human.
• Understand how to create and publish the knowledge of your bot, and how to review the conversations between the bot and the end-users.
• Know how to greet the user when the conversation starts, and how to handle inputs that the bot does not understand.
