About the Learning Journey

Objectives

By going through this learning journey you will learn the foundations of how to build conversational AI applications in Teneo. You will start by creating FAQ flows, but soon you will add more conversational capabilities such as asking follow up questions and creating memory during the conversation.

In this journey you will also set the grounds for a solid intent recognition strategy as you learn how to work with machine learning and Teneo Linguistic Modelling Language.

Furthermore, in this journey you will learn how to work smart with the build-in testing and debugging functionalities, with the flow linking feature that allows you reuse certain pieces of flow logic or create smooth conversation topic transitions, and finally with the bulk import feature that enables you to prepare content outside Teneo, for instance in collaboration with colleagues from other teams.
